Recipe:
Lightly steam your choice of vegetables, cook bulgur with raisins until tender and fry lentil balls.
Chill everything.
Chop arugula and iceberg lettuce, rinse chickpeas (from a jar). Dice cucumbers and tomatoes.
Layer everything nicely and garnish with olives, goat cheese or which else you like.
Add your favorite dressing.
Enjoy with family!
